2025 marks 20 years since the BBC’s adaption of Fingersmith, the extraordinary novel from Sarah Waters, hit our TV screens. Join Sarah Waters at The Cinema Museum as we celebrate this special occasion during Lesbian Visibility Week with a screening of the first episode, followed by a discussion with Sarah and an audience Q&A. This will be followed by book signing with titles provided by Gay’s the Word bookstore, featuring a specially curated selection of Sarah’s favourite books.
